Self taught Illustrator, Loch Ness has been drawing characters since he was a child. His clients have included the Oxford daily Newspaper and Bristol County Council and he's had full page exposure in Imagine FX magazine.
He has been involved in two ongoing animation projects, collaborating with C.H.A.S.E. Imagination Studios in London to create environmental and character concepts and a collaboration with a comedian called Barnaby Slater on another, called ‘The Clinic’.
His work is regularly exhibited, in December 2009 he was part of a Group Exhibition at the Weapon of Choice Gallery, Bristol and has an upcoming exhibition at the Tobacco Factory, Bristol in August 2010.
Loch Ness is inspired by photography, animation, urban art and graphic design and artists such as Jamie Hewlett, Pete Fowler, Jon Burgerman, James Jarvis & Jeremyville. Whilst studying Art & Design at College artists such as Picasso and Henry Moore were his main influences.
